Steinfeld shared the news on December 12, 2025, with a heartfelt post on her Beau Society Substack and Instagram. In a sweet video, followers can see her husband kissing her baby bump. The newlyweds got married earlier this year, in May.
The video was a part of a larger post of Steinfeld looking back at this year and her 29th birthday. The Hawkeye actor prefaced her post by stating, "28 was wild, beautiful, humbling, and full of the kind of moments that sneak up and change you quietly."

Along with the pregnancy announcement, she also mentioned several other things she accomplished this year in both her professional and personal life. Some of her other highlights of the year include getting married, making homemade cheesecake for Thanksgiving, launching her new business, Angel Margarita, getting back into the recording studio, and so much more.
