New ‘Tracker’ Season 2 Sneak Peek Sees Colter Get Involved in an Occult Mystery [Exclusive]

In Tracker Season 2, Episode 14, "Exodus," Colter (Justin Hartley) goes to New Orleans to look for a missing teenager, Anton. There, he immerses himself in the city's culture, which is closely tied to the supernatural, specifically dark magic. This is new territory for Colter, and he enlists the help of a local detective, Veach (Marci House), to navigate the intricate culture, according to the logline below. Collider scored an exclusive scene from the March 23 episode, which previews this duo in action as they try to dig into the real reason behind Anton's disappearance. While dark magic surrounds this case, it turns out to be the same old story Colter has dealt with when they interview Cal, a teenager who is familiar with Anton, and he tries to make a run for it when he realizes he might have been connected to the disappearance.

When a teenage musician vanishes in New Orleans, Colter teams up with a local detective and uncovers a chilling mystery involving dark magic.

Colter Teams Up with Detective Veach to Investigate the Disappearance of a Local New Orleans Teenager

"Hey, just tell us what happened," Colter tells Cal in the video above, revealing that they'd been conversing before the clip above started, and he'd been trying to hide something from them. With Colter and Detective Veach covering all potential escape routes, Cal has no option but to talk. "Fine! I was there," he admits. "But I didn't hurt him. I swear," he adds. Detective Veach digs for more information because even if he didn't hurt Anton, he was part of a group that made his life hell. "Okay what do you want me to say? Those guys like giving Anton a hard time," he says. "Dude carries his sax wherever he goes; he's different," he adds when asked why other boys pick on Anton.

Colter looks around while this conversation is happening and spots something covered in a laundry basket. "What that? You hiding something?" Colter asks as he and Veach go to inspect the mysterious item. It turns out to be a case and based on Cal's reaction, it implicates him in Anton's disappearance. With an escape route open, he makes a run for it, but Colter is behind him, helter-skelter. Colter catches up with Cal after a short distance. "What did you do with Anton?" Colter asks before the video ends.

What does Cal have to do with Anton's disappearance? Tune in to CBS on Sunday, March 23, to watch "Exodus" and find out.
