Reenie and Colter Get Sucked Into a Dangerous Kidnapping Case in New ‘Tracker’ Season 2 Sneak Peek

Tracker Season 2, Episode 18, titled "Collision", saw Justin Hartley's lone wolf survivalist, Colter Shaw, head out to Willow Creek, Michigan, to help rescue a missing girl, who was abducted for the baby growing inside of her. While the small town provided enough drama to make a city proud, Colter managed to solve the case. Next up for the world famous rewardist is yet another abduction, and this time around, it involves his attorney and friend, Reenie (Fiona Rene). In this Sunday's all-new episode, Colter and Reenie are headed into the field as a tag team. "When Reenie's client, Leo Sharf, hires Colter to track down his missing assistant before his company launch, the case takes a personal turn and Reenie becomes entangled in a deadly vendetta threatening both of their lives," reads the official logline for Episode 19, "Rules of the Game." CBS released a sneak peek of the episode, which previews the state of affairs for our beloved duo.

Tracker seems set to persist with the tag teams, after Bobby Exley (Eric Graise) and his cousin, Randy (Chris Lee), formed a high-powered tech duo for Colter in Sunday's episode. In the newly released footage, Colter and Reenie alongside the attorney's mysterious client, Leo Sharf (Pej Vahdat), are watching a ransom demand video. "If you do not follow these rules. I will die," says a bloodied lady on video, with a signage on her neck which reads, "GREED." Clearly a message to Vahdat's Sharf. Given that the businessman has employed the services of Colter Shaw, one can only assume he doesn't intend to follow those rules but wants his assistant unharmed. Colter strikes out in the footage to do his thing, but realizes soon enough that there is more at stake. "This is more than just a corporate kidnapping," Colter informs Reenie over the phone. "This is personal." By the next clip, Sharf's personal problems are about to become Colter's as Reenie is taken hostage by masked men.

Leo Sharf Always Felt Like Trouble in 'Tracker' Season 2

Reenie's former coworker, fellow lawyer and present love interest, Elliot (Michael Rady), had, off-screen, linked her to a particularly demanding, high-profile client. In Tracker Season 2, Episode 14, "Exodus," the show introduced us to Vahdat's Leo Sharf. From the onset, it's pretty clear that he is trouble but that does not stop Reenie from doing her job. Despite multiple tests, Reenie proves herself to Sharf, successfully doing as he asks and digging up information on people he wants out of his company. It'd seem that one of Sharf's business dealings, which always seemed shady, have somehow sucked Reenie and Colter in.

Besides the challenges that Colter's next case presents, especially as it concerns Reenie's safety. "Rules of the Game" will also see Colter get a visit from his sister Dory (Melissa Roxburgh). How Dory's return ties into Colter's case, or not, remains to be seen. Tune in to "Rules of the Game" on Tracker's next episode this Sunday to find out. Past episodes are available to stream on Paramount+.
