Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago P.D. are currently on a bit of a hiatus from new episodes on NBC, and we’re bringing you the info you might want to know!
If you don’t know, all three One Chicago shows were off last week in a schedule shakeup – which was thought to be a regularly scheduled break in the lineup.
However, this week, there’s a reason the shows are not on during their usual Wednesday night timeslots.
Tonight (March 19), all three Chicago shows are off because NBC is airing Opry 100: A Live Celebration, a country music live concert special. The special will take place from 8pm ET – 11pm ET, which is why no new episodes of Med, Fire, and P.D. will air.
All three shows will be back with new episodes on Wednesday (March 26).
NBC has, so far, renewed several big TV shows so far this year. Be sure to find out what is returning in the 2025-2026 season.
Chicago Fire also has a big cast update happening for a future episode.
